Bearish Pattern
All Ichimoku Cloud elements are bearish:
Price, Tenkan Sen, Kijun Sen, Chikou Span are below the cloud and below the stock's 200 day moving average
Tenkan Sen is below Kijun Sen
Senkou Span A is below Senkou B
